Printed sheet Bunny’s Favorite Carrots for transferring designs onto meringue & white chocolate

The printed transfer sheets are ideal for decorating meringues and white chocolate. With easy application, they allow you to transfer impressive designs and images, creating a professional and beautiful result!

How to Use:

1️⃣ For Meringues:

Place the transfer sheet on a flat surface with the printed side facing up.
Using a piping bag, spread the meringue over the sheet.
Bake the meringue according to your recipe.
Once cooled, carefully remove the sheet to reveal the design on the meringue!

2️⃣ For White Chocolate:

Melt the white chocolate and spread it over the transfer sheet.
Let it set at room temperature or in the fridge.
Once hardened, remove the sheet and the design will have perfectly transferred onto the chocolate!

Tip: For best results, make sure the chocolate is at the right temperature before application.

Each sheet is A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm).

With each sheet, make 48 meringues with a diameter of 2.5 - 3 cm.

Place the printed meringue sheet on a baking sheet, printed side up. Do not put any more baking paper between the pan and the foil.

Make small meringues on the patterns and bake them in a preheated oven at 75°C-80°C.

The sheets are oven safe (up to 80 °C / 176 °F) and are used instead of baking paper.

Immediately after baking, remove the meringues from the sheets.
