Printed sheet for meringues Greek symbols

With the printed transfer sheet for meringues, you can make 48 meringues sized 2.5-3 cm.

Each sheet is A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm).

With each sheet, make 48 meringues with a diameter of 2.5 - 3 cm.

Place the printed meringue sheet on a baking sheet, printed side up. Do not put any more baking paper between the pan and the foil.

Make small meringues on the patterns and bake them in a preheated oven at 75°C-80°C.

The sheets are oven safe (up to 80 °C / 176 °F) and are used instead of baking paper.

Immediately after baking, remove the meringues from the sheets.
